Day 1 - Source and Multi-Dimensional DNA
Tension. Constricted energy. Pain. Is it yours or the collective? Well, it doesn’t matter if you are feeling it. What do we need to incorporate in our living practices to transmute unpleasant energy in us for ourselves or the collective? You need to open space in you and around you in your strong alignment and Source connection to transmute what’s there and return it back to nothingness, to infinite potentials. Day 2 - Building Your Awareness Consciousness Energetic Muscle
Today we concentrated on building our awareness consciousness energetic muscle. You don’t know what that is? This is because we are not taught this. We are conditioned to not build our awareness and instead, to listen to authoritative experts. Time to realize, you are the authoritative expert! Please, listen and experience so, you know and can become stronger and more aware!
Day 3 – How Tension Increases Your Vibrational Frequency
Today we shared a law of physics that the only way to raise the frequency of a vibrational wave is to increase the tension on the wave. Yes, you have to create tension! Listen to what you are designed to do and incorporate into your life.
Day 4 – Believe in Nothing; Believe in Everything!
Today we talked about attachments to the programmed narratives of the Engineered Reality we live in and how they have greatly limited our potentials, and how the Be Still practices are preparing us for the shattering of our attachments to them. Day 6 – Time is a Trap & Connect into an Authenticate 5D Stargate

Day 7 – Money and No-Money and it’s many Tentacles of Limitations
Today we talked about money and it’s opposite, no-money, and the many tentacles of consciousness hooks that can have a limiting effect on us. Day 8 – Curiosity & Creating…And so much more Revealed during the Practices!
Today we brought in how to look at all things, all life…creating. Also, with the increased awareness we are gaining to become more curious of the subtle nudges we are getting from “Life” to experience life differently. Plus, during the practices more was revealed. Day 9 – Live Feed versus the other source feeds in The Matrix
Today we connected into more of our own Live Feed, Source connection, and highlighted the contrasting difference of being in Live Feed versus the other source Matrix feeds.
