Sitting seems effortless, and that is how it should be when you spend your time with God\u2026it should be effortless. When I think of both prayer and meditation, to me they mean effort is involved, and when I think of just sitting, I think of it as being effortless. When you sit with God, it is effortless, as it should be.<\/p>\n

So, when I say, \u201cSit with God,\u201d it is not a very hard thing to do. It is really just \u201csitting\u201d with the intent of connecting, whether or not one becomes fully aware of a connection actually being made.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
